The Vardry Residences will be located on the northeast corner of Markley and Rhett Streets – 1 block from South Main Street and Fluor Field. There will be 26 condominiums, located on floors 5–8, the top floors of The Vardry Hotel. The hotel and residences are projected to open in early 2026. Reservations are now open.
